On this page you can find order forms for your samples. Download the form of your choice and fill it out on your computer. Mail it to agritech.sweden@intertek.com and print one copy to send together with the samples.
Used for food samples to be tested for Allergens, Species Identification or GMO.
Order form for GMO testing. Used for bulk samples only.
This order form can be used to select variety & trait purity testing as well as GMO testing. Used for tests of single individual samples (seeds & leaves).
